Ben, a little damp after swimming at Camber Sands, is looking after our antique picture frames and chandeliers bought in St Leonards-on-Sea

This is Camber Sands. Ben can be seen towards the end bobbing up and down in the water, after which he swam as far as the kite surfers in the distance!

This chandelier will go in our lounge

This chandelier will go in our hall

This box shows some of the artwork beautifully packaged, which we will be displaying in The Bay Tree

Some of our antique picture frames for our new artwork

The first coats of paint have been sprayed in some rooms

This video is a little giddy but it shows how the paint is mixed in one room then piped to the sprayer who is applying it (we can’t show the paint being applied or we’d have got sprayed ourselves!) Towards the end ┬áthe sea view from our balony can be glimpsed

Some of our glazing, such as this ‘Juliet’ balcony window, which will allow glimpses of our sea views,is now being installed

This picture window in Room 10, Maple, will show our best view of Stone Bay along with the cliffs to our left (the screening is protecting our neighbour’s privacy while we work)

This video starts with a newly painted Room 9, Yew, with our triple-aspect sea-view ‘turret’, then our ‘Juliet’ balcony, before going on to the tiler working on the landing and Room 10, with our new picture window and another, new, triple=aspec sea-view ‘turret’, finishing with our stunning sea-views of Stone Bay

Our wet-rooms are ready for their tile-grouting and then their Laufen bathroom furniture

Stone Bay, as seen from one of our windows

Outside, behind the man intalling our new water pipes, the top of our French Doors, to from our sea-view restaurant can be seen, along with some of the windows to our sea-view lounge

The first of four fireplaces being installed: two for guest rooms, for our library and for our sea-view lounge
